California Coleslaw

A zesty, low fat treat

Serves 4



  • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup carrots, shredded
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced


  • 1/3 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper


Prep Time: 20 minutes

Combine all salad ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients and blend well. Pour dressing over salad. Toss and serve.
